About Us

Echelon Driving School, Inc. has been setting the standard for driver education for 32 years.  In 1974, Chuck Snyder started Echelon Driving School with a telephone, a desk, and one car.  The school operated in Camden County only.  Today, Echelon Driving School has 25 employees, 30 cars and operates state-wide.  We teach approximately 4000 new drivers every year.  Our business has been built on a strong commitment to customer service while providing the finest instruction available.

Mr. Snyder’s emphasis on quality instruction comes from his educational background.  He has a B.S. in Education and taught in the public schools for five years.  His years in education lead him to develop an instructional method that enables most students to learn the basics of good, defensive driving in the typical six hour driver education program.

Echelon Driving School continues to expand, providing more opportunities for New Jersey student drivers to experience the finest in driver education.
